Between You And Me Zee One Saturday 20th May 2023 update, Ira tells Mishri she does not have answers for her right now. She sends Mishri to bring a bucket. Akhilesh vomits big time. Mishri brings a towel for her father. Ira cleans his face. Mishri goes to bring cold water for Akhilesh.

Pushpa prays for her son’s well being. You know how big a devotee my son is. You have to save his life today. I will pray diligently and offer Bel-patra. You must save my son’s life. She runs inside to bring Bel-patra. Kunika tells Devina she wont spare her if anything happens to Akhilesh. I cannot believe that Ira is his ex-wife. She had been staying here as Bahadur and we dint even know! You told me she is no more. Devina says we all thought she is dead. Kunika recalls seeing Ira earlier too. I saw her with Akhilesh in Silvasa. It means he knew she is alive!
Only he can answer my questions. Devina advises her to let Ira take care of Akhilesh first. Only she can save him.
Mishri gives a bowl of cold water to Ira. Akhilesh vomits again. They feed him more water. He passes out. Mishri runs downstairs.
Pushpa chants Har Har Mahadev as she does Shivratri puja. Please save my son’s life.
On the other hand, Ira is keeping wet strips on Akhilesh’s head. Mishri notices her Badi Ma praying. Mapu and Badi Ma are trying so hard. I should help them too.
Ira gives injection to Akhilesh. You will be fine. She is caressing Akhilesh’s head. Kunika asks Ira to leave. You wont be able to do anything. I will take Akhilesh to hospital. He is in danger because of you already. Ira tells her to understand there is no time but Kunika replies that she knows every bit about Akhilesh. Ira asks her if she knows which medicine is Akhilesh allergic to and how to deviate his mind from injections. She tells Kunika both the things. Kunika refuses to leave Akhilesh with her. I cannot trust you. I will take care of Akhilesh. Ira hands her the bucket in which Akhilesh has vomited and asks her to change it. Kunika holds the bucket at an arm’s distance. Akhilesh starts coughing badly. Ira shouts at Kunika to hurry up. Kunika goes.
Pushpa keeps taking rounds around Shivlinga. Mishri feeds her water. She runs to check on Akhilesh next.
Kunika returns with empty bucket and makes faces. Ira asks her to hand her the bucket. Kunika drops it startled. Ira asks her if she has come to help her. Mishri gives the bucket to her mother. Kunika is disgusted seeing Akhilesh cough and leaves.
Pushpa is in severe pain. Mishri helps her sit down. I will do the rest of the puja. She starts taking rounds of Shivlinga and offers Bel-patra and Jal to Shivlinga. I will do tandava for you today and you will have to fulfil my wish. Shiva Tandava song plays in the background as Mishri does Tandava. Pushpa looks on. Please listen to her if not me. Please spare Akhilesh’s life.
Devina tells Kunika she will make use of this chance now. I will send Mishri to that Baba. Pushpa is coming here only. Just say yes to whatever I say. Her son and Kunika nod. Pushpa comes there. Devina talks loudly about the promise by Akhilesh to Trinetri Baba. I am sure he is in this condition because Akhilesh dint fulfil his promise. Baba has cursed him. Pushpa asks her what she is talking about. Devina acts to be worried. I dint know you were here. Now that you know it I will tell you everything. When you had a severe heart attack 5 years ago, only Baba could save your life. He took a promise in return of saving your life. He chose to give his first kid to Baba. Pushpa’s eyes widen in shock / confusion. Mishri overhears it. Pushpa is sure her son cannot make such a promise. Devina’s son says you know how much Akhilesh loves you. He couldn’t let you die. He dint have any other option. Pushpa shakes her head in disbelief. Devina says everything is going fine but Akhilesh has forgotten his promise. Baba will obviously be angry. We very well know how powerful he is. Pushpa recalls meeting Trinetri Baba 5 years ago. Devina says how could Akhilesh’s health worsen out of the blue. Surely Baba has cursed him. Kunika adds that it means Akhilesh wont recover till the time Mishri will go to Baba. Devina nods. Pushpa sits down worriedly. Akhilesh can never make such a promise! Devina swears upon her son’s head to make her believe she isn’t lying. Please send Mishri to Baba. Pushpa says she has been praying on my behalf to save Akhilesh. How can I send her small kid to a Baba just like that? It cannot be! I cannot do it. She breaks down. Devina asks her if she is willing to lose her son. Pushpa tells her against it. Nothing will happen to my son and even Mishri wont go anywhere. Kunika makes a face. Mishri thinks this is the only way to save Bapu’s life. I will have to go to Trinetri Baba if that is the only option.
Vansh asks Mishri why she wants to go to Trinetri Baba. Mishri replies that she must be with him now. He is confused. She tells him everything. Vansh calls her mad. Your mom can fix Mamu’s health. Mishri denies. He is in this condition because of me. I must go. Vansh holds her hand refusing to let her go. She argues with him but he does not let go of her. She ends up pushing him; runs out of the room and locks him from outside. Vansh bangs at the door but Mishri apologizes to him. I must go.
Mishri comes to Akhilesh’s room and notices Akhilesh resting. Even Ira has fallen asleep and has rested her head on his chest. Mishri touches their feet one by one and cries silently. God wont give me space even in hell if I cannot save my parents’ life. I am going Bapu, Mapu. I love you both immensely.
Akhilesh is asking everyone for O- blood group. Pushpa cries in a corner. Devina tells her they will make some calls and come asap. Devina and Kunika leave. Kunika tells Devina she cannot understand anything. Devina says the DNA report cannot be wrong which means Mishri is Akhilesh’s daughter. Ira is claiming to be Mishri’s mother but she is Monu’s mother. They see Mishri’s photo as Mishri and Monu and deduce that Ira is the woman who went to Banaras, used Akhilesh’s semen and became the mother of his child. It proves that Mishri is indeed Akhilesh’s daughter. Kunika cries. I should pack my bags and leave as Akhilesh has found his daughter! They were asking me to bring blood for Mishri. Devina says a plan because of which Akhilesh and Ira will lose Mishri and Akhilesh will end up
with you. Kunika calls it a disgusting idea so Devina suggests a plan in which Kunika and Akhilesh unite. Kunika happily agrees with Plan B.
Akhilesh is stopping every random person to ask about his blood group. Bhavik too is unable to find O- blood group anywhere. Pushpa cries thinking there has been no arrangement so far. Akhilesh and Ira join them again. Nurse asks them if they could arrange blood. Mishri can go in coma anytime. Akhilesh denies. Ira tries going inside but nurse does not allow her. Akhilesh decides to go to OT to look for blood but Ira stops him. Only you can save Mishri right now. He is confused. She tells him that he and Mishri share the same blood. Akhilesh asks her what she means. Ira shares that Mishri is his daughter. Akhilesh looks at her in shock. She is my daughter? Ira nods. Pushpa tells Akhilesh this is what she wanted to tell him. This is why I called you home. It is true that Mishri is your daughter but I don’t understand how she can be Ira’s daughter. Akhilesh stands there in disbelief. Nurse asks them again to bring blood when Bhavik tells her to take Akhilesh with her. He has the same blood group. Ira and Bhavin request Akhilesh to go inside. Akhilesh’s eyes well up as he heads inside.
Pushpa takes Ira with her. Why are you lying to my son? Why were you trying to make him believe that Mishri is your daughter? She was born using my son’s semen. How could you be her mother? Ira replies that she was the first one who knew about his semen. I got pregnant using that semen only. Mishri is Akhilesh and my daughter. Pushpa refuses to believe it but Ira agrees to tell her everything today. I tried to get Akhilesh’s reversal done but doctors told me outright that it can never happen. I was heartbroken knowing how eagerly you wanted a grandkid. I just couldn’t tell you this. Pundit ji had also said that Akhilesh will be blessed with a kid. I was in a fix. Papa ji told me about Akhilesh’s semen sample. I went to Banaras for artificial insemination. You were unwell. I did not want to tell you about as your condition had turned worse by then. Akhilesh comes out and is looking for his mother. He stops outside the room to listen to Ira and Pushpa’s conversation.
Ira continues her story. During that time, Divya Ma’am told you that I went to Banaras to sell your house. Artificial insemination was successful. I was pregnant. How could I tell you about it? Chances of getting pregnant using the samples were almost 0. I couldn’t give you hope in that situation so I saw everything quietly. You and Akhilesh were making preps for his reversal. I couldn’t tell you both ever that it could never happen! I was only concerned about your health at that time. Believe me. I lied so much just because your heart was weak. It aggravated to the point that I had to do a fake surgery of Akhilesh. I couldn’t tell him as I was waiting to figure out if I am pregnant or not. I would have told you both everything but you guys found out about it beforehand. You had a heart attack then. I curse that day till today! I will not be able to forgive myself ever for that! Akhilesh was going to take you to Trinetri Baba to get you treated. I tried stopping him but in vain. I passed out while trying to stop him. I found out that I am pregnant when I woke up. I wanted to tell you this news but when I reached that cave, I found out that Akhilesh had promised Baba that he will give his kid to Baba the moment the kid is born. He made that promise in exchange of your recovery. I decided to leave the city without informing anyone. I wont tell anyone about the baby! I was afraid that the baby can be handed over to Baba by anyone who finds out about it. I was leaving the town when my bus met with an accident. You guys got the news of my death. Thanks to Ambe Ma, I was saved. I gave birth to Mishri after a few months. Akhilesh has overheard everything.
Ira says I never told Mishri anything about her Bapu. I raised her alone. I was worried what if Akhilesh finds out about her and! Fate united Akhilesh and Mishri after years. She kept meeting Akhilesh and started finding her Bapu in him. I had taken promise from her that she will never come in front of Akhilesh. She hid in your house as Monu. Pushpa and Akhilesh are shocked to realise that it was Mishri in Monu’s disguise. Ira nods. Mishri could go to any extent to be with Akhilesh. I was worried she might spill her truth anytime before Akhilesh so I stayed in your house as Bahadur.
Doc checks on Mishri and then heads outside.
Akhilesh says Mishri is my daughter. She hid this truth from me all these years! She kept my daughter away from me all these years! He starts hitting his hand angrily on the wall. Pushpa, Ira and Bhavik stop him. Bhavik tells Akhilesh that Ira did all that to save Mishri. Pushpa gives her swear to Akhilesh. Don’t you dare hurt yourself again. Nurse informs them that Mishri is out of danger now. It is all because of Akhilesh. We got blood at the right time and could save her. She is unconscious right now but you can meet her soon. Pushpa is overwhelmed hearing it. Bhavik prays that this family should be united again. Entire truth is out in front of everyone now.
Ira and Akhilesh peek at Mishri from the small clear window on each door of the ICU.
Mishri opens her eyes and looks around. She touches her head and says Mapu. Ira runs up to her and kisses her all over her face. Are you fine? Mishri asks for Bapu. Akhilesh says I am here. She calls him Bapu. He rushes her to her side overwhelmed. She is my blood. He notices the locket around her neck and smiles through the tears. He kisses her hands lovingly. She is my daughter. Mishri nods. I wont let anything happen to you. I will go to Trinetri Baba. He shushes her. You don’t have to go anywhere. You will always stay with your Bapu. Mishri asks about her Mapu (Ira). Akhilesh holds Ira and tells Mishri that she will also stay with them. Ira cries. Mishri sits up excitedly. This was my dream! She thanks Bajrang Bali and dances happily on Pancchi Banu song. Ira and Akhilesh smile. Akhilesh
wipes Ira’s tears. Mishri is shaking in her dreams. Nurse asks her if she is fine. Mishri realises that she had been dreaming. Nurse advises her to rest and goes to inform everyone that Mishri is up. Mishri prays that her dream turns out to be true.
Nurse informs Ira that Mishri has gained conscious. Akhilesh hears it too. Ira runs to tell it to him but he stands there like a stone. She thanks him for saving Mishri’s life by giving her his blood. She will be really happy to see you. Please come. He stays put. She requests him to meet Mishri. Don’t say that you don’t want to meet her? She is our daughter. He takes her aside to talk about something important before they meet Mishri. He asks Ira to sign on a blank paper. I have saved your daughter’s life. I am only asking for a sign in return. Ira asks him what will be written on it. Akhilesh narrates it. I, Ira Desai, am handing over my daughter Mishri’s custody to Akhilesh. She will live with her father after now and I have no right on her! Ira’s eyes widen in shock. Akhilesh tells Ira it isn’t a big price in return of saving Mishri’s life. Ira asks him if he knows what he is asking for. You dint do a favour on you by saving her. She is your and my daughter. I have given birth to her and raised her. I have taught her to walk and speak. I haven’t let her go away from me for even a second and wont let it happen ever! Nothing can separate me from my daughter! Akhilesh asks her what about him as she kept him away from his daughter all these years. You are the worst mother of the world. Mishri wanted to be with me but you dint let her come to me. You forced her to become Monu and be with me. Is this how you will raise her? Ira tells her to understand that she did all this just to save Mishri from Trinetri Baba. Akhilesh calls it a lie. It is in your nature to lie to everyone. You lied to me and everyone about my reversal too. She reasons she hid it for Moti Ba’s sake. He replies that she could have told him atleast. Truth is the basis of any relation and you broke ours by hiding it from me too! How are you right in keeping my daughter away from me? I would have done anything but had not let my daughter go to Baba. You knew I was yearning for a kid. I will never forgive you for keeping my daughter away from me. I wasn’t there when she would have taken her first steps or had said Bapu. You snatched this happiness from me. Can you return all this to me? Ira breaks down. Akhilesh tells her he wont let her harm his daughter anymore. Sign these papers and give me my daughter. I am giving you a day’s time. Sign them. If you cannot sign then think of the pain you have given to that girl and me. Saying so, he walks out of the room. Ira cries. How did I make such a big mistake?
Pushpa and Vansh dance happily around Devina who tells them to control themselves. Pushpa says I cannot do it. You used to taunt me that you have a grandson. I also have a granddaughter now. Devina makes a face. Pushpa asks the servants to decorate the house and make sweets. She does another happy dance around Devina.
Nurse has gotten Mishri ready. You are good to go home. Doc will do one last check up before you go home. Akhilesh enters wearing a doctor’s coat. He checks her eyes. Seems like you are tired looking for your Bapu since years. I will prescribe a medicine because of which you will be happy. He tickles her and makes her smile. He gives her chocolate in the name of injection. She happily takes it. Akhilesh tells her he wont let her go away from her ever. I will show you how happy I am. He dances sweetly around her. Mishri dances with him. She feels dizzy as she shakes her head. He immediately holds her. Don’t dance. She says I love you to him. He says I love you too to her. Let’s go home. She makes him pick her chocolate. They step out of the room when she asks for Mapu. Ira is hiding in a room. Akhilesh notices her but lies to Mishri that Ira is a little busy. I will take you home. Mishri nods. They head home.
Bhavik asks Ira why she dint go with them. Ira shares that Akhilesh is angry with her for keeping Mishri away from him for all these years. He wants me to give Mishri’s condition to him and go away from their life for forever. Bhavik asks her how she can go away from Mishri’s life. She cannot live without you even for a day! Ira cries. It would have been better if he had asked me for my life instead of Mishri! What should I do now? She gives him her phone. It has every video of every first moment that Mishri has experienced till date. Please give it to Akhilesh. He will never forgive me but these memories might lessen my sins a little. He agrees but points out that she cannot go away from Mishri. Ira calls herself Akhilesh and Mishri’s culprit. Go now and keep me updated. Bhavik leaves reluctantly.
Devina and her son come in their room and notice the servants packing her bags. Pushpa tells her this room is Mishri’s now. Vansh and Mishri cannot stay in the same room. They will grow up in a few years. You can stay in a small room. Devina argues but Pushpa advises her to go back to Banaras if it is a problem. Servants follow Pushpa’s commands. Devina wonders what all she will have to let go because of that Mishri. I wont let it happen! She tells her son that he has an equal right on the house as much as Akhilesh. Only Kunika can help us now. Where is she? Her son shrugs.
Ira is crying looking at her photo with Mishri when Kunika calls out to her. Ira tell sher she isn’t trying to come between her and Akhilesh. Kunika hugs her surprising her. I am really very sorry. I have hated you very much till date but I have come to realise that Akhilesh already has a picture perfect family. He has you and Mishri. I am the one who he doesn’t want in his life. I wont be able to love Mishri like a mother. Only you can give her that love. It is true that I love Akhilesh very much but I am not selfish to come between you two. Ira denies. He needs you. Kunika speaks of Mishri. Ira knows Akhilesh does not even want to see her face. Kunika tells Ira she will speak to Akhilesh. He will have to accept you. I have kept a welcome part for Mishri in the evening.
