Anupama On Starlife Tuesday 21st July 2026 Update, Anupama decides to check on Rahi and Prarthana. Khyati tells her that they are reading a book. She asks Anupama why she worries so much. Anupama says it is her habit. She praises Khyati’s knitting skills, but Khyati says Anupama’s knitting is also very good. Anupama replies that she is not better than Khyati.

Khyati says Anupama is like a bright student who never accepts that she has studied. She adds that everything is available in the market now, but something made by your own hands has a different feeling.
Anupama and Khyati discuss how women from older generations were talented in many fields but did not receive the respect they deserved. Anupama says if today’s girls learn from the older generation, they can start their own businesses and become independent.
Parag interrupts Anupama and Khyati’s conversation. He tells Anupama not to become alert whenever someone arrives because the house belongs to her too. Anupama says feeling hesitant is natural when you are staying at someone else’s place.
Later, Ansh and Parag discuss a meeting. Gautam asks Parag why he was not informed about it. Parag tells him that Gautam is no longer his business partner, so he did not share the details with him. He asks Gautam to stay with Mahi for a few more days because they will leave soon.
Parag tells Anupama that even though he is a jeweller, he failed to recognise Ansh, who is like a diamond. Anupama advises Parag to send Gautam away before he makes a big mistake. Gautam overhears their conversation and says he will destroy everything.
Meanwhile, Kriti confronts Kapil about meeting his mother. Kapil explains that his mother is sick, so he went to help her. They argue, and Kriti threatens to share his video. Kapil asks her to stop troubling him because of that one video. Kriti hits him and says he cannot expose her because nobody will believe him over her tears.
Anupama notices Kapil’s injury, but Kapil hides his pain from her and refuses to answer her questions.
On the other side, Rahi and Prem talk to each other, while Prerna becomes jealous. She asks Prem if he loves Rahi. Prem says Rahi has changed him. Prerna says she feels lonely. Prem tells her that he is her friend and will always support her whenever she needs him. Prerna says Prem is still as charming as before and admits that she still likes him.
Later, Paritosh and Pakhi argue about preparing food. Pari and Raja struggle while cooking, but Raja serves food to Paritosh. Hasmuk tells Paritosh that he should be ashamed of making Raja work.
Pari and Raja tell Anupama that they prepared food for the Shah family. Vasundhara overhears this and becomes upset. She tells Anupama that Prem is already a cook and she should not make Raja work. Anupama is shocked by her reaction.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara, Khyati, and Meeta serve food to Kapil. Anupama is surprised because Vasundhara does not ask Kapil anything about his injury. Khyati notices Kapil’s fear and questions him. Kapil becomes nervous.
Khyati asks Vasundhara why Kapil is so scared. Vasundhara says Kapil only knows how to control Kriti and acts like a good person when he is at her parental home.
