Anupama On Starlife Tuesday 15th September 2026 Update, Bose says they have to admit Jaya to the hospital. Anupama asks him what happened, and Bose explains that Jaya was locked inside the factory, which had been closed for many days, so she might have caught an infection. Digvijay, Banku, and Anupama rush Jaya to the hospital. The doctor tells Anupama that Jaya has a lung infection and asks her to arrange money for her further treatment.

Digvijay remembers that Saavi went through a similar illness and wonders how God can repeat the same thing. Banku cries for Jaya, while Anupama is shocked to learn that she needs to arrange one lakh rupees for Jaya’s treatment. Digvijay apologizes to Anupama and says that he does not have money, otherwise he would have helped her. Anupama tells him it is fine and asks God why He tests the poor. She asks Jaya to wake up and tells Digvijay and Banku to stay with her until she arranges the money.
Vasundhara confronts Gautam and asks how he could trust people he rented to take care of Pranshi. She scolds him for taking Pranshi away from them. Rahi says their decision to file a case against Gautam was right, but Prem explains that they were about to file the case before Vasundhara found out and stopped them. Anil asks Vasundhara if she believes Gautam is wrong, and she nods yes. Gautam admits that it was his first mistake, and Vasundhara agrees that he made a mistake. Prem says Pranshi should be with Ansh, but Vasundhara says Pranshi has no connection with Ansh. She then asks Rahi if she can take responsibility for Pranshi, and Rahi agrees.
Vasundhara questions how Rahi will handle Pranshi when she is already unable to manage the family and office together. She asks Rahi to quit her job and take care of Pranshi. Rahi explains how Indian women manage many responsibilities at the same time. Khyati says that she can take care of Pranshi when Rahi is away, but Vasundhara says a family can support a child, while only a mother can take responsibility. She then gives Pranshi’s responsibility to Rahi.
Anupama worries about arranging the money and thinks that she cannot let anything happen to Jaya. She suddenly feels dizzy but encourages herself to stay strong and save Jaya’s life. Digvijay remembers Saavi’s accident and recalls pleading with the doctor to save her. Banku misses Jaya, and Digvijay asks him to stay strong. He also worries about how Anupama will arrange the money for Jaya’s treatment.
Ansh asks Preet if she is going to Mumbai. Preet says she is going there for an event and asks Ansh if he will come with her. Ansh says he cannot because someone has to take care of Hasmuk and Leela. Preet tells him that it is good that he thinks about his family first, but says he should sometimes think about himself too. Leela blames Preet for instigating Ansh against his family, leading to an argument between them. Ansh apologizes to Preet on Leela’s behalf. Preet says that if she has to stay at the Shah house, she has to bear Leela’s taunts.
Anupama continues worrying about how to arrange the money. Banku assures Jaya that nothing will happen to her, while Digvijay thinks about Saavi and becomes emotional. Banku asks him what happened, and Anupama calls Rahi for help. Rahi is busy with Pranshi, so Vasundhara takes Anupama’s call. Anupama tells Vasundhara about Jaya’s condition. Meanwhile, Digvijay tries to arrange money for Jaya and says that he failed to save Saavi, but he will help Jaya.
Vasundhara refuses to help Anupama and warns her not to call Rahi again. She deletes Anupama’s call details and then tells Rahi that it was a wrong number. Anupama realizes that she cannot ask Rahi for money because Rahi is married now. She prays to God to help her and then notices the chain around her neck. The episode ends.
