Bapuji warns Kavya when she tries to humiliate Anu. Anu says when an opponent is shameless, she needs to give a befitting reply; she asks Kavya if she saw AK and her, then how can she think something can happen between them; she herself told that AK is fit and handsome and looks like Toshu’s elder brother.

Kavya says AK is handsome. Anu says though she is a heroine in her life, she is a mother and MIL and AK looks like a film star; maybe he had crush on her in college, but its 26 years ago, and when a pickle doesn’t stay for 26 years, how will thinking stay same; she can’t understand how they get such weird thinking.
Kavya shouts she can do anything she wants but cannot do this partnership when V denied once. Anu warns her to keep quiet and asks why can’t they accept that she is also worthy and talented which AK saw in her. Vanraj says AK is just favoring her.
She says outsider’s favor is better than family member’s taunts and she is happy that she will help women in need. He says she should think what he is seeking in return. Anu asks if he is having an affair being already married or roaming with girlfriend being a 3 children’s father or is jealous of seeing his ex-wife’s success; maybe they must have understand what AK is in 2-3 meetings, but Baa knows her since 26 years and doesn’t she trust her. Vanraj shouts no.
Anu says she trusts herself and her decision is she will accept AK’s partnership. Kavya shouts if she can’t see them. Anu says no, she is seeing only her goal and will reach it at any cost. He says she will fall down after 2 steps. Anu says people who walk fall down and not one who sit at home, she would be happy even to lose. Vanraj taunts she got wings after meeting her old crush.
Anu replies to see her flying and not her feathers. He says he will not let her fly. She asks him to try and fail and tells Bapuji that she will visit AK’s office tomorrow. Bapuji praises her and says his blessings are with her. Kinjal says her best wishes. Samar says he is always beside his rockstar. Anu walks away leaving Vanraj burning in jealousy.
Anu returns to her room and cries remembering Baa and Vanraj’s words. Kinjal and Samar try to console her. Anu says there are no stages in a woman’s life, she has to fight the same battle repeatedly and can’t tolerate such shameless allegations on her and pointing at AK after he did so much good for them; when they couldn’t see her goodness since 26 years, how will they notice AK’s goodness; she lived here as wife, mother, and daughter since 26 years and didn’t break anyone’s trust; loving someone is Kanhaji’s blessings, but when there is nothing in her life, why they are humiliating; anyways, she will not give up and will fight whether she succeeds or not. Kinjal says they will support her. Samar says AK is a nice guy, he is too classy for all this nonsense, and they are with her.
Vanraj exercises to vent out his anger. Kavya shouts that he is exercising here instead of retaliating outside and worries that if Anu becomes her boss, she will take all the revenge at once and they will look around like losers at her. Anu irons her sari and selects her bag for tomorrow and thinks its a new beginning tomorrow and prays for Kanhaji’s help, says she will work so hard that AK doesn’t repent his decision. She then goes to bed thinking she needs to wake up and finish house work first and then go to AK’s office, she will not hide away from any of her responsibilities.
AK smiles looking at his and Anu’s dancing pics and then looking at his old rose writes down in diary with a background song Bahut Khoobsurat Ghazal Likraha Hoon, imagining all recent meetings with her. GK taunts him and says he has already read his diary but couldn’t understand it, he is studying Anu’s idea there and AK is writing down his diary here. AK says he wants GK’s expertise as he wants to execute the idea once Anu says yes. GK jokes if there is a competition of hiding feelings, AK would get platinum medal. AK says that is a talent of one-sided lovers, Anu considers him as businessman and there is nothing in his heart for her, he wants to keep her trust or else his heart will break. GK asks if his heart says Anu will come tomorrow. He says time will answer this question. GK goes to sleep while AK continues thinking.
Next morning, Anu and Kinjal serve breakfast to family. Baa asks Kavya to serve her breakfast and thanks her. Toshu also ignores Anu. Anu informs Baa that she submitted bhog to Kanhaji and prepared evening bhog and snacks also. Baa taunts that she did a big favor on her. Kavya starts next and asks Anu not to bother about family as she will handle it. Kinjal gives her a betting reply. Kavya taunts Anu next for wearing sari to meet AK instead of any formal dress. Anu replies that sari is Indian woman’s formal dress. Kavya continues yelling. Vanraj starts next and shouts hearing Anu’s befitting reply. Samar warns to behave with his mother. Toshu backs Vanraj. Their argument starts. Vanraj shouts at Samar. Bapuji shouts at Vanraj in reply. Baa blames Anu for all the problems.
Bapuji suggests Anupama not to get weak with Vranraj and his team’s taunts as they don’t have to attend office and Toshu is a son-in-law in Rakhi’s office. He gives her bag and feeds her sweet curd emotionally and gives her car keys, leaving Vanraj and his team jealous. Kinjal wishes her all the best. Bapuji asks if she is not taking anything wrong, then she need not worry; she should go out and listen to her heart which path she should take, Anuj’s office or her home back. She accepts car keys. He says Kanhaji will show her right path. She takes Baa’s blessings, who turns her face frowning. Kavya asks her to touch her feet and take her blessings. Anu says she doesn’t want to waste her precious time replying her and leaves house with Kyun Rokna Bhi Hai Karwan, besabriyan.. song playin the background. Bapuji, Kinjal, and Samar waver her off.
At AK’s office, he is busy discussing strategy with his team and writes Anu and the changes it to Anuj. Anu enters office. Receptionist greets her whom she wants to meet. She says Mr Kapadia. Receptionist informs AK that Anu has come. He says 10 minutes and remember Devika’s suggestion not to open hotel trusting Anu. He peeps via window and smiles. Mera Dil Bhi Kitna Pagal Hai.. song plays in the background. He walks out of cabin and welcomes her nervously thinking she came, but don’t know if she will say yes or no.
Kavya provokes Baa that though Anu is not her bahu anymore, she didn’t obey her and went to meet AK disrespecting her and whole family. Anuj asks Anu if she has coffee or tea and asks what she thought of partnership. She says whatever Kanhaji wants happens like he is keeping her with her dear ones even now, etc. He says he knows her since college days and didn’t offer her partnership as a friend, but because she is talented, she doesn’t have to think that way. She says she said yes. He gets happy. She says she even sent prasad last night. He says there was no sender’s name on it and hence he ate it without washing hands. She takes out contract papers and says thank you Anuj. He asks her to repeat it and recites shayari in his mind. She says she wants to clear something before accepting partnership and says it may be a small thing for a big businessman like her, but for her, her world is in her house and its big for her getting out of house, opening bank account, etc., so he needs to teach her everything as she has very less exposure; she is very weak in English. He asks if she knows Gujrati. She says yes. He says English is just way of communication and not everything, she can communicate in Gujrati. She thanks him again. He jokes he needs to get a piggy bank to share so many thanks and offers her project details file with GK’s input.
Kavya continues provoking Baa and frightens her that people will badmouth about Anu and Anuj’s relationship like they did her and Vanraj’s relationship. Anu finds magnets in file and excitedly says it reminded her of college days when she used to play with it in college and it got lost in college. He nervously says even he got it now, revealing its Anu’s magnets. She returns it and says she may lose it. He says he keeps things safe and disconnects upcoming calls. She says she doesn’t know shayari like him and speaks straight; they were together in college and will be at work, he should act like boss and behaves strictly with her like he does with other employees; whatever his feelings were for her in college.
He says that will not affect her a bit. She says she is a daughter, mother, and MIL now and even now leaves house with respect, and hence he should maintain just a professional relationship with her. He says yes and says at least she speaks straight and assures her that her professional life will not be affected.
