Anupama On Starlife Friday 28th August 2026 Update, Anupama asks the owner how she will manage everything now. The lady says if she is already having an issue, then how will she manage for 10 days. Anupama says Jaya is with her. The lady tells her that Jaya can wait and Anupama can cook simple food. Anupama apologizes to Jaya for being stuck with work, but Jaya says she likes being with her and decides to help.

Anupama tells Jaya that she is already stuck with her work and cannot take her help. She decides to finish everything herself. After completing the cooking, Anupama tells the lady that the food is ready. The lady tells her not to ask for money for the trial food and says she will hire Anupama if she likes the food. Anupama assures her that she will not ask for payment for the trial.
Meanwhile, Prerna and Prem drive along the road. Prerna says she wants to open a restaurant and suggests that Anupama can look after it. She misses Anupama, so Prem decides to speak to her. Prerna tells Prem that she bought gifts for him and Rahi. She says they trusted her, and she does not want to lose the family. Prem takes the gift, but Prerna becomes anxious after he leaves.
At the Kothari house, Vasundhara tells Anil that Gautam will finalize the file. Anil gets angry and asks how she can trust Gautam. Vasundhara says Gautam brings profit and is handling their business while Parag is away. She continues to support Gautam.
Anil, Meeta, and Prem disagree with Gautam and Vasundhara. Gautam tells Vasundhara that the Kotharis do not understand anything. He warns her that if she gives the responsibility to Anil, she will not be able to save her house. Vasundhara is shocked by his words.
Later, Anupama thinks about the past. Jaya asks her what she will wear for the fancy-dress competition because she is worried about getting low marks. Anupama assures Jaya that her marks will not be deducted. Jaya asks why Devika has not sent money to them. Anupama says Devika loves her and is earning money for her future.
Anupama then realizes that it is already 10 p.m. Jaya says she is hungry. Anupama calls Banku and asks him to take Jaya inside because she is late. Banku asks Anupama to enter the house quietly.
Digvijay notices Anupama and tells her to leave because she has come back late at night. Suddenly, the lights go out. Digvijay asks Banku if he called the electrician, and Banku repeatedly says that he did. Anupama decides to fix the light herself and says Jaya is hungry.
Digvijay allows Anupama to check the lights. Anupama fixes them, and Digvijay gives her some money. Anupama refuses to take it. Digvijay warns her not to come home late at night again and asks Banku to give her the money.
Anupama still refuses, but Banku insists that she take it. He tells her that Digvijay is not such a bad person. Anupama tells Jaya that they received the money when they needed it the most.
Anupama prays to God for everyone’s well-being. She says God may think she only makes demands, but she asks because she knows God is always supporting her. She wakes Jaya up and asks her to thank God for the new day. Anupama decides to get a fancy dress for Jaya and prays for a peaceful day.
Meanwhile, Khyati asks Prerna to take her coffee on time. Prerna says she always forgets to drink coffee. Khyati misses Parag and says he is so focused on work that he forgets to take care of himself. Prerna wishes the best for the Kotharis.
Gautam tries to turn Prerna against the Kotharis. Prerna warns him not to come close to her. Mahi interrupts them, and Gautam asks Mahi to stop chasing him all the time. Rahi is about to intervene, but Prem stops her.
Banku thinks Digvijay is reading the newspaper and will tear it soon. Digvijay remembers his daughter and becomes restless. Banku tries to help him. Digvijay sees the old things and asks Banku to throw them away.
Digvijay decides to go somewhere and asks Banku to prepare the same food they had the previous day. Anupama overhears their conversation. Banku asks Anupama to cook the food while he gets rid of the old things. Suddenly, Anupama receives a shocking call from Jaya’s school.
