Episode starts with Thapki being unconscious inside the tree. Two men/workers come there and say they have to cut this tree. They start cutting the tree. Bihaan shouts Thapki and looks for her. He says I wanted to see my name in Thapki’s hands. He sees the pearls and says its those pearls of the necklace I made. Bau ji tells everyone that Shraddha did not do this, Makhanlal’s men did this to take revenge. Dhruv says Makhanlal has run away from jail since one month, her life will be in risk, come. Suman and Preeti think where did they take Thapki, that too so soon. Shraddha smiles seeing all of them running.

Shraddha says my men did this call Bihaan, I planned to kill Thapki and named this to Makhanlal, Thapki would be taking her life’s last breath, poor Thapki.
Bihaan reaches that
area following the pearls. The men continue to cut the tree by the saw blade. Bihaan thinks pearls are nowhere now, where did she go. He sees the mehendi marks on the tree. He runs to the tree and stops the men, saying my Thapki is here. He shouts Thapki and removes the saw blade. He looks inside and sees Thapki. He gets shocked finding her within the tree. He asks the men to lift the stairs, and gets on the top to see Thapki. Bihaan gets shocked seeing her unconscious and rescues Thapki.
He pulls her out of the tree. He asks her to open her eyes and rubs her palm. He shouts Thapki. She gets conscious and sees him. He asks are you fine and hugs her. They cry. She says if you did not come then…. He stops her from saying and says nothing will happen to you, whoever did this, I will not leave him alive. She asks how did you know. He shows the pearls and says our love sign made me reach you. Ranjhana…………..plays……………. Dhruv comes there and sees them. Thapki says when I felt I won’t be saved, I just thought of you, I had to say something, which was left incomplete. Bihaan asks what. She kisses on Bihaan’s cheek. Dhruv gets angry seeing this and hurts his wound. Bihaan and Thapki have an eyelock. Shraddha comes and gets angry seeing Thapki alive. Thapki and Bihaan hug. Dhruv covers his hand wound.
Bau ji asks inspector to find Makhanlal and punish him. He tells family that its good Bihaan reached Thapki on time. Thapki recalls whatever happened. She cries. Bihaan sees Thapki crying, and holds her hand. Dhruv sees them and gets angry. Bihaan feeds food to Thapki. Everyone smile.
Preeti says Thapki, you could have asked Bihaan to feed you food. Vasundara gets Thapki’s mehendi pics. She asks everyone to see and passes pics. Bihaan and Thapki smile. Preeti asks Thapki to show her hand. Thapki shows her mehendi. Preeti says B’s name looks awesome on her hand. Suman says mehendi got so dark. Vasundara says yes, Bihaan loves Thapki a lot. Shraddha sees the pic in which Dhruv is looking at his hand. She thinks what did Dhruv write on his hand and keeps that photo with her.
Suman says Bihaan, its matter of one day now, then you and Thapki will get married, you can keep seeing Thapki. Preeti says your distance will end forever. Dhruv fumes. Dhruv goes to his room and sees Thapki and Bihaan’s wedding invitation card. He visualizes Thapki and Bihaan’s romantic moments and cries. He says its enough of acting, I will see how will this marriage happen, when Thapki won’t be here, Thapki you are mine and will always be mine. He tears the card and throws. Thapki goes out to take dry clothes before rain occurs. Dhruv sees her and acts to be on call. He asks what are you saying, what happened to Bihaan… I m coming. Thapki hears this and asks what happened to Bihaan. He asks her to sit in car fast, its urgent. She sits in his car and asks what happened to Bihaan. Dhruv says Bihaan….. Thapki sees Bihaan in the side mirror and asks Dhruv to stop, Bihaan has going inside home. Dhruv starts the car and takes her. She gets shocked.
Dhruv getting Thapki somewhere. She asks what are you doing, leave me. He asks why are you scared, I m your Dhruv, you don’t trust me. She asks why did you get me forcibly, Bihaan and my marriage… He says you break relation with him, you can’t go anywhere without my permission, you are my responsibility now. She says leave my hand, I will call Bihaan. He throws her phone and says sorry, I was just stopping you. He walks to her. She gets back and falls down. She faints. He asks what happened to you Thapki, get up, why are you running away from me, I love you Thapki, even you love me, then why do you…. I will take you away from everyone, you are just mine, take rest here, I will do all arrangements, no one can come between us, not even Bihaan. He cries seeing her and
leaves.
Bihaan looks for Thapki at home and calls her. He gets her number switched off and calls out everyone. He tells Vasundara and Bau ji that Thapki is not at home. Servant says I have seen Thapki going with Dhruv in his car. Bihaan says where can they go and calls Dhruv. He says Dhruv is not answering, till Dhruv is with her, there is nothing to worry.
Thapki gets conscious and holds her head. She looks for Dhruv and asks him to open the door. She finds her broken phone and tries to switch it on. She calls Bihaan. Bihaan says maybe Dhruv took Thapki for office work, I will call office. Bihaan says its Thapki’s call. Thapki cries and tells him that don’t know what happened to Dhruv, he got me to some isolated place and locked me here. Bihaan gets shocked. Dhruv takes her phone. Vasundara asks what happened Bihaan. Bihaan says Dhruv forcibly took Thapki. Vasundara asks what. Bau ji and Vasundara get shocked. Bihaan says I have to reach Thapki soon.
Dhruv asks Thapki why did you call. Thapki says you are nice person, let me go home. He says you think I will hurt you, I did all arrangements, come with me. She says leave my hand. He leaves her hand and says you won’t agree this way. He takes out a bottle and says this is poison. She gets shocked. She says I will drink poison, but not come with you. He says its not for you, I will drink this if you don’t agree to me. She gets shocked and stops him saying this is wrong. He asks will you come with me. He gets a call. The man says passport is ready, collect it from hotel. Dhruv says I will come to hotel. He asks Thapki to come with him, else he will drink the poison. She goes with him.
Shraddha gets the photo enlarged. She checks the photo and sees T made on Dhruv’s hand by a cut. She says T means Thapki. Dhruv and Thapki reach hotel orchid. Bihaan’s friend meets Dhruv and says I m your big fan, I can’t believe I m meeting you, is this your wife. Dhruv shows bottle to Thapki and makes her quiet. The girl asks can I take a pic with Sir, please. Dhruv gives her autograph and she takes selfie with him. She goes. Dhruv asks Thapki to come with him. He waits for the man.
Bihaan, Bau ji and everyone come there. Thapki cries and hugs Bihaan. Everyone look at Dhruv. Bihaan says when my friend has put her pic on FB, we saw this hotel orchid’s board and came here, don’t worry. Bau ji asks Dhruv whats all this, why did you get Thapki here.
Vasundara asks Thapki to say what happened, why are you so scared. Thapki says don’t know what happened to Dhruv Sir, he forced me to come with him, he lied to me and locked me in a room. She tells them everything. They all get shocked. Bihaan gets angry and says Dhruv………. Bau ji stops Bihaan and says I will talk to him. He asks Dhruv whats all this, why did you do this with Thapki. Vasundara hugs Thapki and consoles her. Bau ji asks Dhruv to answer. Shraddha comes there and says I will say.

Vasundara asks will you say, do you know why Dhruv did this. Shraddha says yes, I know everything. She goes to Dhruv and holds his wounded hand. She says Dhruv, I think the time has come, we have to tell everyone. She shouts surprise. They all get puzzled. Shraddha says this was a surprise for Thapki from my and Dhruv’s side. Bau ji asks whats this cheap surprise. Shraddha reminds how Bihaan kidnapped Thapki for Dhruv’s bachelors’ party, everyone went wrong, we thought to trouble you more, but Bihaan’s friend flopped our plan. Bihaan asks what about taking Thapki to that isolated room. Shraddha says if we did not kidnap Thapki, she would have not got scared, she was scared same way when you kidnapped her that time, right Dhruv. Dhruv nods. Dadi says we were worried. Vasundara says whats all this, Makhanlal’s incident happened recently. Sanjay says you should have told us Dhruv, look at Bihaan’s state. Bihaan says Dhruv acted so great that I was really shocked. Thapki looks at Dhruv.
At home, Shraddha confronts Dhruv. Shraddha says yes, I lied and told fake story so that I could save you, now you are going to tell me the truth. She asks him whats this T written on your hand, Thapki right? She asks him to answer. She says if you stay quiet, don’t think I will be quiet, say the truth, else I will tell everyone what you did, will you not say, fine, now say truth infront of the family.
