Episode starts with Vasu telling Preeti and Suman about Karvachauth fast, and thinks even Thapki will keep this fast. Thapki tells Dhruv that she will keep the fast and even one must be thinking this. Dhruv says this is the good chance to prove that you are not Thapki, but Vani, and asks her to eat infront of Bihaan. He says this is really the good chance.

Aditi in her sleep recalls Kapoor trying to molest her, and gets up scared. Dhruv comes there and asks how is she? Aditi acts crazy and asks him not to touch her. Dhruv hugs her. He says I know you have suffered because of Diwakar and yesterday’s incident have shaken up you. He asks her to concentrate on her life, and be strong just like Thapki. He asks her not to worry and smile. Aditi smiles. Dhruv asks her to keep on smiling, and asks
her to drink coffee brought by him. Aditi smiles.
Shraddha tries to open the locker and types the pin, but it was wrong. Kosi is seen coming towards her room. Shraddha recalls the right pin and types to open the locker. Kosi enters the room and sees Shraddha holding her saree. She asks did you started stealing saree as I have stopped giving you money. She asks what you will do with this saree? She says you can’t keep karvachauth fast as you are neither married nor unmarried but a divorcee. Preeti taunts her. Shraddha thinks she will teach them a lesson and thinks to first give papers to Dhruv. She goes. Aditi stares Dhruv while the song Kaun tujhe pyaar karega jaise main karti hun plays……..Dhruv asks her to come and have food. Aditi smiles.
Thapki comes there and asks Aditi, how is she? Aditi says I am fine and asks her to come, says you might not be fasting. Vasu and others come there. Thapki says she is not fasting and sits down to have food. She recalls Dhruv asking her to prove that she is Vani Oberoi. She is about food, but Bihaan asks her to stop, and asks her to see the surprise first which he brought for her. Bihaan says what did you think that we will accept that you are Vani Oberoi. He lifts the cloth from the photo frame and says she is the real Vani Oberoi who died two years back. He asks why Thapki? Why? You lied to us being honest.
Vasu says you was an adarsh bahu, but today you was about to break your fast. Bihaan asks her to confess that she is Thapki and not Vani. Thapki tries rehearsing that she is not Vani Oberoi. Bihaan asks her to confess. Thapki says she is not Vani Oberoi, but that doesn’t mean that I am Thapki. She says you knows half truth and tells that this woman is my grand mum, and named everything on my name. Lawyer comes and tells Bihaan have taken your photo. Thapki thanks lawyer for supporting her. She says you have insulted and humiliated me infront of everyone, what do you think that I will bear silently.
She says I will give you a fitting answer that you will forget to think me as Thapki. She raise her hand to slap him, but Sankara comes and holds her hand.
Thapki recalling how Dhruv gave her a new name Vani Oberoi. A fb is shown, Dhruv tells Thapki that she will be called Vani Oberoi from now Thapki looks on. Fb ends.. Dhruv asks her not to worry and tells that Shraddha called him to give papers. Shraddha gives papers to Dhruv. Dhruv says he will make new papers on her name, and then she can do business with Vani being the owner. Shraddha thinks to show moon to Preeti and Suman and celebrate Karwachauth with them.
Vasu gives sarees to Preeti and Suman. Suman thanks her and asks for whom she has brought sarees. Vasu says she has brought sarees for someone else also. Preeti and Suman taunt Shraddha and says she is divorced and can’t keep fast. Shraddha thinks now they will see what she can do. Vasu asks them to go
and get ready for sighting the moon. Thapki comes there. Vasu gives her clothes and says she has brought clothes for all her bahus, and thought to get clothes for her as well. She says you are not Thapki, but we keep searching Thapki in you and apologizes.
Thapki feels apologetic and thinks she has betray her trust, but being a mom she has to fulfill the promise made to her child. She gets Surbhi’s call and keeps the clothes there itself and goes. Sankara comes and throws the clothes on floor, says you will raise hand on my to be husband, now see what I can do. She is about to burn clothes, but just then Bihaan comes and stops her, and asks whose clothes is this? Sankara says Vani’s clothes. Bihaan scolds her for trying to burn the clothes and asks her not to do this again. He hears Ram Pyaari’s shouting and goes. Sankara says I have done this for him, and he is scolding me for that ugly woman.
Thapki checks in the kitchen and thinks she is feeling hungry. She finds nothing. Dhruv comes and gives her samosa asking her to eat. She tells him that Shraddha gave papers to him. Thapki thinks she is breaking the fast for the first time to prove that she is not Thapki. She is about to eat, just then hears Ram pyaari’s voice and looks on. Bihaan comes running behind Ram Pyaari and collides with Thapki, and falls with her in a romantic position. They both have an eye lock. Aye Dil Hai Mushkil song plays………………Thapki sees the fallen samosa. Bihaan takes out dupatta from Ram Pyaari’s body and keeps it on table. Thapki looks on.
Shraddha comes to lawn and sees all the ladies gearing up to do puja and see the moon. She thinks she will show them moon now. Vasu comes and asks if they have done the arrangements. They say yes. Thapki comes there. Vasy says you have worn this dress, you are looking beautiful. She gives her prasad asking her to eat. Thapki keeps prasad in her hand . Shraddha goes near the fan. Preeti sees the moon and tells that moon is seen. Everyone gets happy.
