Anupama asks Leela and Hasmuk if the place where Anu Ki Rasoi was located is still vacant. Paritosh explains that after the burning incident, the place has neither been sold nor has anyone come to see it. Anupama then asks Hasmuk if she can take the place, and he agrees. She shares the story of Saavi’s café and discusses reopening it at Anu Ki Rasoi. Paritosh asks her not to start a new drama, while Pakhi is also against the idea. However, Ansh, Mahi, Kinjal, and Ishani support Anupama and say she will surely make it work.

Anupama decides to leave. Hasmuk asks where she is staying, and Anupama tells Paritosh not to worry because she is not returning to the Shah house.
Meanwhile, Prem thinks about Rahi and decides to please her with flowers and gifts while apologizing for his mistake. He bumps into Digvijay and asks if he is fine. Digvijay returns Prem’s gift. Prem remembers Parag and asks Digvijay if he can hug him because Parag is away due to work. Digvijay hugs him back. Prem says that because of Parag, he has to hug a stranger. Digvijay says Prem’s father is lucky, while Prem feels awkward after hugging him.
Vasundhara tells Rahi that she is dividing the family and ruling over it. Rahi says she did not speak to Parag. Anil supports Rahi, while Meeta asks Anil to talk to Parag because she cannot keep taking Khyati’s permission for everything. Vasundhara tells Meeta to get used to it. She says Rahi, just like Anupama, is breaking her family. Rahi asks Vasundhara to stop discussing Anupama when she has stopped talking to her. She is then shocked to see Shruti.
Anupama enters Anu Ki Rasoi and decides to open the Love You Zindagi café there. She declares that no one can stop her from opening the café. At the same time, Rahi and Shruti are shocked to see each other. Shruti asks Rahi whether she should call her Adhya or Rahi. She says she is meeting Adhya after 12 years. Gautam wonders who has arrived from the past. Vasundhara says that whoever it is, the person should not stay in their house. Prem recognizes Shruti.
Hasmuk brings tea for Anupama and talks about how fate keeps bringing her back to Ahmedabad. Anupama tells him that Anuj is like a shining star in her life and always protects her. Hasmuk blesses Anupama and Anuj. Anupama remembers Anuj and becomes emotional. She tells Hasmuk that she never thought Anuj would turn her life into a fairy tale. Hasmuk encourages her to fulfill Anuj’s dream, and Anupama assures him that she will.
Hasmuk asks Anupama to hide the truth about Digvijay. When she asks why, Hasmuk says Leela will think otherwise. Anupama says that Digvijay’s truth will come out someday. Hasmuk says he will handle it when the truth comes out. He asks Anupama not to think about Prem and Rahi. Anupama wonders how he read her mind, and Hasmuk tells her to focus on her work. Anupama then asks Hasmuk to handle her account.
Rahi asks Shruti how she found out about her address. Shruti says that only Adhya and Anuj were her family, but both of them left. Vasundhara asks what Rahi and Shruti are discussing, while Meeta says they are speaking softly. Shruti says that if Anuj had not returned to Ahmedabad for the wedding, they would have been a family. Rahi then introduces Shruti to the Kotharis.
Anupama wonders if she really did something wrong to Prem. A man once again alerts her about danger, making her restless. She thinks that she cannot go through another test of motherhood and asks God to take care of her this time.
Meanwhile, Shruti decides to speak to Prem and Rahi privately. She tells them how she found out about Rahi.
