Love’s Complicated On Starlife Saturday 3rd October 2026 Update, Abhimanyu is about to cover Akshara with a blanket when his phone rings and interrupts their moment. Anand calls and asks the Birlas to gather at the dining table. Before Akshara leaves, Abhimanyu reminds her that their kiss is still pending.

Abhimanyu and Akshara walk to the dining table together. Neil tells them that they look good together. Akshara serves paratha to Abhimanyu, while Manjiri asks her to make sure that Abhimanyu eats properly. Mahima also joins the Birlas for breakfast.
Anand announces that a new MD will be appointed for Birla Hospital and says he will reveal the name of the new MD in front of the media. Parth and Nishta congratulate Mahima because they believe Anand is finally going to make her the MD. Mahima asks them to wait until Anand announces the name. Parth says nobody deserves the position more than Mahima. Mahima assures Parth and Nishta that even if she becomes the MD, she will take care of them. She says Parth will take over the position after her.
Akshara consoles Neil and feeds him food. She assures him that she will never forgive Arohi for what she did to him. Abhimanyu overhears their conversation and wishes for Neil to be happy.
Mahima reaches Birla Hospital and thinks Anand has never given her the respect she deserves despite her abilities. She becomes happy thinking that Anand will finally appoint her as the MD. Mahima says she deserves the position. Arohi asks Mahima not to throw her out of the hospital after becoming the MD, but Mahima tells Arohi that she will throw her out once she gets the position.
The Birlas gather for the event, and Anand announces the new MD. He asks Mahima to support him by putting the MD badge on the new appointee. Mahima is stunned when Anand reveals that Abhimanyu is the new MD. The others are also shocked. The media questions Abhimanyu about becoming the MD, while Anand asks Mahima to put the badge on him.
Abhimanyu asks Anand if he is sure about his decision because Mahima is more capable. Anand says he is not denying Mahima’s capabilities, but he is confident about his decision. Mahima gives Abhimanyu the MD badge, while the media continues asking him questions.
Anand asks Abhimanyu to address the crowd. Abhimanyu takes Akshara with him and gives his speech. He assures everyone that he will carry forward the legacy of Birla Hospital.
Arohi then instigates Mahima against Akshara and calls her a loser. Rohan arranges a dinner party for Abhimanyu, Akshara and the Birlas, saying they now need to stay in Abhimanyu’s good books. Abhimanyu jokes with Rohan that anyone who cracks a bad joke will have to work overtime. Rohan then takes a selfie with Abhimanyu, Akshara and the Birlas.
Mahima confronts Anand about doubting her abilities. Anand tells her that she did wrong to Abhimanyu and Akshara, so she has to face the consequences. He advises Mahima to learn from her mistakes, leaving her irritated.
Akshara welcomes Abhimanyu to his cabin and hugs him. Abhimanyu asks her to hug him slowly because they might both fall down. Akshara says that if she gets hurt, he will take care of her. Abhimanyu becomes restless, and Akshara asks him what is wrong. He admits that he is nervous about taking on such a big responsibility. Akshara boosts his confidence and praises him before hugging him again.
Swarna notices that Arohi is missing from the house. She tells Suhasini that Arohi is up to something and that she is worried about her. Lata arrives and suggests a marriage alliance for Vansh and Arohi. Suhasini and Swarna overhear her.
Arohi taunts Lata after Lata judges her for betraying Neil. She speaks rudely to Lata, but Swarna and Suhasini correct her for misbehaving with her. Arohi asks who told Lata to bring an alliance for her. Suhasini and Swarna clarify that Lata has brought the alliance for Vansh. Manish is shocked to hear that Vansh may get married.
Abhimanyu meets his doctor and asks him to stop his anxiety medication. The doctor advises him to continue taking it until he is fully cured. Abhimanyu understands. Manjiri overhears their conversation and becomes worried about his anxiety. Abhimanyu hides his stress and anxiety from Akshara. Manjiri realizes that he is hiding it because he does not want to stress Akshara.
The Goenkas discuss Vansh’s marriage alliance. Vansh tells them that he is fine with an arranged marriage. Suhasini and Swarna decide to call the girl’s family. Kairav decides to call Akshara for Vansh’s big day.
Manjiri continues worrying about Akshara and Abhimanyu. Akshara prepares a sweet for Abhimanyu, and Manjiri advises her to learn how to balance her life. Kairav then asks Akshara to come because the girl’s family is coming to meet Vansh. Akshara decides to go to the Goenkas. Manjiri hopes that Akshara will not break Abhimanyu’s heart.
Akshara looks for Abhimanyu. He tells her that he has been selected as the lead singer for a big event and asks if she will sing with him. Akshara agrees, and the two spend quality time together.
Meanwhile, Mahima decides to meet Arohi and join hands with her. Akshara visits the Goenkas, where Aradhna and her family arrive for Vansh’s marriage alliance. They bring up Kairav’s mental health issues while discussing the alliance. Akshara gives them a befitting reply and defends Kairav. Kairav reacts to the situation.
Abhimanyu and Manjiri wait for Akshara at the dinner party. The Goenkas ask Akshara to return to Abhimanyu while they handle Kairav’s situation. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu plans a surprise for Akshara.
