Malishka calmly replies that there is no need because she was the one who made Balwinder do it. Shocked, Karishma asks why, and Malishka reminds her of what Rishi said about saving anyone in trouble. She explains that she used that moment to make it look like Rishi cares deeply for her. Karishma questions her reason, and Malishka reveals that she wants Lakshmi to feel jealous, adding that jealousy will bring fear and doubt into Lakshmi’s heart. Kiran overhears everything silently.

Later, Parvati and Rohan go to Rishi and request permission to keep fish in the house. They talk about Bansi, the fish they had in their village, and ask if they can have an aquarium. Rishi refuses, but the kids keep insisting before leaving for their homework. Neelam stops them and says she is happy they are not affected by the recent chaos in the house, then sends them off. Rishi smiles and tells Neelam that he likes seeing her happy when she talks about the children. Malishka then brings up Lakshmi, saying she may not allow Parvati to stay. Neelam firmly tells Rishi to do whatever it takes to convince Lakshmi because Parvati will stay in this house no matter what. Lakshmi overhears this conversation quietly.
Ayush drops Ansh at home, and Ansh directly tells Ayush that he knows he has a problem with him because of Shalu. Ayush says nothing and leaves. At home, Rano questions Shalu about what is going on between her, Ayush, and Ansh. Shalu pretends not to understand, but Rano advises her to be clear about her feelings so she does not confuse both boys. Later, Shalu calls Ayush to talk, and Ayush struggles with whether to confess his feelings, but in the end, he cuts the call and switches off his phone.
Lakshmi stands in prayer, thinking about Neelam’s words, when Parvati and Rohan come to her and ask for help in convincing Rishi to get them an aquarium. Before she can respond, Rishi arrives and asks what they were talking about, and the kids quickly leave. Rishi then asks Lakshmi, but she walks away without answering. He follows her and asks if she is upset because he did not buy the bracelet for her, promising to get a new one. Lakshmi says money does not matter, and when he asks what is wrong, she says she made a mistake by thinking there could be something between them even though he is married. Rishi gets upset and says Lakshmi always imagines things and hurts people who love her, then walks away.
Still frustrated, Rishi returns and tells Lakshmi that when she is in a good mood she listens to him, but when she is not, she ignores him and spoils everything. He then decides to finally speak clearly and reminds her that she herself told the court that his marriage with Malishka is illegal, and the court declared his marriage with Lakshmi as valid. Lakshmi asks him if that is true, then why Malishka is still in his room. Rishi admits she has a point and promises to fix it immediately. He goes to his room, packs Malishka’s things, and takes her out.
At the same time, Anushka apologizes to Ayush, saying she never realized when she changed and became this person. She also apologizes for accusing him of having an affair with Shalu. Ayush comforts her. Meanwhile, Aanchal talks to Neelam, who admits she is worried about the upcoming court hearing. Neelam says Rishi has always been her biggest weakness, but now Parvati means even more to her, and she is scared of losing her if the judgment does not go their way. Aanchal reassures her, and Neelam agrees she might be overthinking.
Lakshmi later stops Rishi when he says he is going to ask Malishka to leave his room so Lakshmi can move in. Lakshmi tells him that things do not happen just because he wants them to. Rishi asks her not to test his love and says he will always win. He admits that the past has been painful but promises to make the present so beautiful that she will forget everything. He asks her to trust him.
Suddenly, Rohan falls while running, and both Rishi and Lakshmi rush to help him, accidentally bumping their heads. They worry for him, but Rohan says he is fine and wonders why they are overreacting. Parvati notices them and jokes that a black dog will bite them unless they bump their heads again, and they laugh and do it. Parvati then asks about the luggage, and Lakshmi explains it contains her new clothes for the Ganesh Pooja. Rishi offers to keep them in his room, but Lakshmi refuses and says she will keep them in her own room. She then sends the kids to sleep.
Later that night, Parvati wakes Rohan and reminds him how Rishi and Lakshmi worked together to help him. She suggests they pretend to be in trouble again so they can bring them closer, and Rohan agrees to the plan.
The next day, the family performs Aarthi for Lord Ganesh. Ayush sees Shalu and avoids her, but she notices and follows him. Meanwhile, Anushka talks to Malishka and tells her she made Ayush feel guilty by crying in front of him so he would not look at any other girl. Malishka praises her but warns her never to try such tricks on her, and Anushka agrees.
Shalu confronts Ayush and asks why he is behaving strangely. Ayush remembers everything but tries to walk away. Shalu makes him swear on her to tell the truth, and he finally says they should not be close friends anymore. Shocked, Shalu asks why, and Ayush says if they were truly close, she would not act differently in front of him. Shalu denies it, but Ayush insists and leaves. Ansh overhears everything and later tells Shalu to give Ayush some time, but Shalu says she knows Ayush better and does not need advice. She walks away.
Later, everyone dances in the Oberoi mansion, and the pandit announces it is time for Ganesh immersion. Rishi and Ayush carry the idol, and Ayush calls Lakshmi to join them. She agrees, and together they perform the immersion ritual.
After that, Neelam meets a lawyer at home with Malishka sitting beside her. Neelam clearly says she wants only Parvati in the house, not Lakshmi. The lawyer explains that Lakshmi has done nothing wrong and is an ideal woman, but Neelam refuses to hear her praise and demands a solution. The lawyer says that if Parvati is to stay, Lakshmi will also have to stay, which Neelam does not accept and asks for another option.
Kiran later meets Malishka and tells her about a nightmare where Rishi and Lakshmi were together and Neelam asked Malishka to leave. She advises Malishka to accept reality and move on from Rishi. Malishka gets angry, questions how she can say that, and asks her to leave.
Rishi then confronts Lakshmi and asks why she always does the right thing but becomes different when it comes to him. Lakshmi says he is only pretending to care because he wants Parvati. Rishi asks why she thinks that, and Lakshmi reveals she overheard Neelam asking him to convince her at any cost. Feeling hurt and misunderstood, Rishi tries to walk away, but Lakshmi stops him and challenges him about the truth. They argue and decide not to talk to each other anymore, walking away in anger while Parvati and Rohan watch everything.
Parvati and Rohan then decide to act sick to bring them closer. They put onions under their arms to fake a fever so that Rishi and Lakshmi will worry and come together. However, Malishka overhears their entire plan. Later, Karishma notices Malishka looking disturbed, and Malishka tells her about the children’s plan. Karishma laughs it off and says they are just being naughty, but Malishka argues with her. When Kiran appears, Malishka leaves immediately.
