My desire on star life Monday 3rd April 2023 update, Rudra’s lawyer advocate Khatri tells judge that its an open and shut case and Preesha was convicted in her brother’s murder 7 years ago, but she escaped from jail and is hiding since them from punishment making a joke of law and hence he requests to pronounce rigorous punishment to Preesha. Vyjayanti/VJ argues that punishment is given to criminals, Preesha is innocent, she will prove Preesha innocent with her evidences and calls inspector Mukesh who handled Venky’s case.

Yuvraj fumes that he tried to brainwash VJ, but she is trying to save her sister. Inspector Mukesh comes in dais and reveals that Venky was a psychopath, they had arrested Venky earlier and sent him to mental asylum from where he escaped, they followed him when he kidnapped Preesha and when they reached the spot they found him dead and Preesha was holding gun.
VJ shows the gun and asks if this is the one he found in Preesha’s hand. Inspector says no. Preesha calls forensic expert and showing him bullet asks if its the same bullet he found in Venky’s body. Expert says yes. She shows gun and asks if the bullet is shot from the same gun. He says gun and bullet are different. VJ argues that someone else murdered Venky and blamed Preesha, Preesha is trying to save herself hiding her identity and faced a lot of hardship for 5 years, so she should be pronounced innocent and given a bail today. Khatri argues that maybe Preesha shot Venk with another gun and destroyed it. VJ says maybe the gun is with the person who shot Venky. She tells judge that the gun proves Preesha didn’t murder Venky and hence should get a bail till further proceedings. Judge pronounces conditional bail to Preesha ordering her not to leave the city till next hearing.
VJ congratulates Preesha for getting bail. Preesha says it’s wrong. Rudra gets irked and challenges Preesha that she got bail but is not free yet, she is his convict and will go to jail for sure. VJ asks Preesha not to bother about Rudra and promises to prove her innocent soon. Preesha asks who asked her to do that. VJ says her children are suffering because of that and needs her. Preesha says truth will be out, so he didn’t want to reopen the case. VJ insists to tell the truth. Preesha reveals that she didn’t kill Venky and its Rudra instead. VJ is shocked to hear that. Preesha says she didn’t want to reopen the case for the same reason. VJ asks why was she hiding this truth since 5 years, Rudra should be in jail instead. She says she will reveal truth in court and send Rudra to jail. Preesha stops her.
Rudra tongue lashes Khatri for failing to prove Preesha wrong. Khatri says he will prove that Preesha shot Venky with another girl. Rudra says he wants Preesha in jail for keeping him away from his daughter for 5 years. He returns to Preesha and congratulates her for misleading the case and getting bail; his sister is more shrewd than her who proved her innocent; though court will pronounce her innocent, he will punish her and will not let her near his children. His assistant calls him and informs that he is bringing investors home. Rudra agrees and thinks why he thinks about Preesha when he hates her..
Roohi and Saransh eagerly wait for Preesha. Assistant brings investors and informs that Rudra will be here anytime. Saransh tells Roohi that hearing must have ended. Rudra returns and asks them to go to their room as he has important meeting. They ignore him, still waiting for Preesha. VJ suggests Preesha to stay at her parent’s house till the case ends. Preesha says her parents are already hurt and she doesn’t want to hurt them, so she will manage somehow. VJ asks where will she stay.
Saransh calls Vyjayanti/VJ. Preesha asks VJ not to inform him about her bail. Saransh asks if she is bringing mamma home. VJ lies that she couldn’t get his mamma’s bail. Saransh says she had promised him. She says she is driving nad will come and speak. She asks Preesha why she is doing this to her children. Preesha says she doesn’t have a place to stay and if Rudra sends them out of house, where will she keep them. Roohi blames Rudra for her mamma’s troubles and determines to punish Rudra. They both walk down and listen to Rudra and his investors’ conversation where agent tells Rudra that investors are ready to pay him double for his tomorrow’s concert. Rudraksh agrees. Investory say concert should be superhit. Rudra assure them. Roohi and Saransh plan to ruin Rudra’s concert.
VJ offers money to Preesha asking her to find a place for her to stay and buy some good clothes and mobile. Preesha says she stayed alone for 5 years and will handle herself. Yuvraj stops VJ’s car. VJ gets angry on him. She says she looks intelligent, but is actually not. She asks what does he mean. He says he warned her not to bail out Preesha as once Preesha re-enters Rudra’s life, she will be out. She slaps him and warns him to be in his limits and stop interfering between her and her sister. Yuvraj thinks he thought she will help him separate Rudra and Preesha, but he was wrong. He gets a news about Rudra’s concert and thinks of ruining it.
VJ returns home. Saransh with Roohi asks why didn’t she get mamma’s bail. VJ says its difficult as Preesha was hiding from law since 5 years, but she will get their mamma out of jail soon and hence they shouldn’t get sad. They sadly walk away. Rudra hearing her conversation says she is dual faced like Presha and asks why did she lie to the children. VJ says if she had informed the truth to the kids, they would have gone to Preesha, which Preesha doesn’t want to, so even he shouldn’t tell truth to kids. Rudra returns to his room to practice song and finds his guitar ruined by Roohi and Saransh to trouble him. He picks his spare guitar from the cupboard and practices song. Roohi and Saransh feel disappointed that and think they should think of some big idea to spoil Rudra’s concert. Saransh says they shouldn’t let Rudra reach concert.
Yuvraj meets mukhiya in a bar, shows him Rudra’s concert ad, and provokes him to spoil Rudra’s concert and take revenge from him. Mukhiya says he will kidnap Rudra and will make sure nobody offers him singing. Yuvraj likes his idea.
Rudra wakes up in the morning and goes to bathroom. Saransh exchanges his phone silently. Rudra gets ready, walks down and shares his excitement for the concert with Sharda, and then feels nervous and alone without Preesha as she used to accompany him to the concert. Sharda says she will attend his concert, feeds him sweet curd, and wishes him all the best. Servant informs that driver took a leave today. Rudra decides to drive the car himself. Saransh sends him wrong concert location and discusses that he exchanged his phone with Rudra’s and gave leave to the driver. Sharda insists them to accompany her to the concert. They deny citing studies. Rudra calls Sharda. Saransh thinks Rudra found out about the phone exchange and is calling Daadi.
