The silent thief Episode 48, Ethan sent Brylle and Jessie to a room and showed them their wedding ring, this really made them happy because they are together. Reign ate some brownies sent to her not knowing Jessie was the one who sent it.

The NBI, Jessie, Brylle and Martha went to the hospital and noticed that the patient isn’t Reign. Reign followed Amado’s car and took Ethan from them.
