Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Sunday 27th September 2026 Update, Bua Maa and Sonalika meet a snake charmer and buy a snake to kill Prarthna. The snake charmer asks Bua Maa if Sonalika is her daughter. Sonalika questions why he is asking, but he says nothing. He gives them the basket containing the snake and explains that it is a poisonous reptile that can kill anyone. Sonalika says they should go ahead with their big plan against Prarthna.

Meanwhile, Prarthna asks Tanya if she has seen Shivansh. Tanya tells her that Shivansh went out for some work but should have returned by now. Prarthna asks where he went, and Tanya explains that Shivansh was talking to Jai about arranging money. Prarthna assumes he must have gone for that reason and says she has come only for Shivansh. Tanya tells her that she knows this, but Prarthna needs to confess her feelings. She reminds her that Shivansh loves her and says that if she does not confess now, it will be too late.

Prarthna agrees. Tanya apologizes for misunderstanding her and says she now knows that Shivansh and Prarthna love each other. She tells Prarthna that she has seen Shivansh crying and breaking down because he is afraid of losing her. Tanya says that if he loses Prarthna, he will die. Prarthna promises that she will never leave Shivansh because he has become her life. Tanya becomes happy to hear this.

Bua Maa and Sonalika find the room empty and decide to release the snake. Sonalika worries that the snake could bite Shivansh, but Bua Maa assures her that she will never put his life at risk. Instead, they decide to send Shivansh to Sonalika’s room. Bua Maa tells Sonalika to pretend that she is unwell and ask Shivansh to stay with her. Once he is there, the snake will bite Prarthna, and she will die without medical help. Bua Maa says Prarthna’s story will end and she will finally be out of Shivansh’s life. Sonalika becomes overjoyed.

Prarthna waits at the door to speak to Shivansh. When he arrives, he scolds her for hiding the truth and troubling him. He says that their story is over and that he wants to live for his family. Prarthna reminds him that they are husband and wife and should make decisions together. Shivansh says that she has always made decisions on her own. She begs him to give her one chance, but he refuses.

Shivansh lies that he loves Sonalika and will complete his marriage with her. He tells Prarthna that their bond is finished, they no longer exist for each other, and they must go their separate ways. He leaves, while Prarthna breaks down in tears.

Bua Maa asks Shivansh to attend to Sonalika. Sonalika sees Prarthna crying and drops the snake into Prarthna’s room. She then informs Bua Maa. Bua Maa says that Shivansh is on his way and warns Sonalika not to call him, as he may become suspicious. She tells Sonalika to continue pretending to be unwell. Sonalika asks what they will do after the snake bites Prarthna. Bua Maa says they will let the snake escape and that she already has a backup plan.

Shivansh arrives, and Sonalika lies on the bed, pretending to be weak. She asks him to stay because she feels scared. Bua Maa also insists that he remain there and take care of Sonalika. Shivansh agrees. Sonalika becomes happy because Shivansh cannot go to Prarthna, who is about to be attacked by the snake.

Prarthna does not notice the snake in her room. Shivansh tells Sonalika that everything seems strange. She avoids talking about Prarthna and pretends to be sleepy, asking him not to leave. He agrees.

After Gayatri leaves, Shivansh comes to speak to Prarthna. She asks if he needs something, but his response hurts her. He asks why she even bothers asking when she does not really care. He tells her that she knows what he truly wants, but it is too late now. With a broken voice, he says that their love has faded and their story will remain incomplete forever. Prarthna becomes worried and asks what makes him say that.

Shivansh says he has heard that couples are made in heaven, but that only happens in films because it does not happen in reality. Otherwise, they would not be in this situation. Prarthna says she has nothing to say. He asks her to say something or simply listen to his final words. He tells her that it will be her last night in the house because the money has been arranged. She can leave, and he will eventually find peace. He says he will never even see her face again and asks her to end their relationship.

Suddenly, the snake bites Shivansh.

Prarthna sees the snake and screams. She asks how it entered the house and runs to call Bua Maa and the others. She asks them to come quickly and call a doctor.

Sonalika goes to Bua Maa’s room and tells her that Shivansh left the room after she fell asleep. She says she does not know where he is now. Bua Maa becomes afraid that he may have gone to Prarthna. Meanwhile, Prarthna holds a dizzy Shivansh. Bua Maa and Sonalika arrive, and Prarthna tells them that a snake bit Shivansh before escaping through the window. They are shocked.

Sonalika says they need to give Shivansh the antidote. Gayatri and Tanya arrive and are shocked to learn about the snake bite. Shivansh begins to lose consciousness. Bua Maa tells him not to close his eyes. Prarthna ties a cloth around his hand to stop the poison from spreading.

Sonalika calls the doctor and tells him what happened, asking him to come as soon as possible. Prarthna says they cannot wait for the doctor. She sucks the poison from Shivansh’s hand and spits it out.

Shivansh regains consciousness and sees Prarthna’s sacrifice. Prarthna then faints. Gayatri says that Prarthna could die because of the poison and asks them to call the doctor. Bua Maa is relieved that Shivansh is safe, but Shivansh tells everyone to leave because he needs to save Prarthna.

The doctor arrives, and Shivansh explains that Prarthna has been affected by the poison because she sucked it out of his hand. The doctor treats Prarthna with the antidote. He tells Shivansh that he is lucky to have a wife like Prarthna and that he could have died if she had not removed the poison and saved his life. He praises Prarthna for risking her own life for Shivansh, saying that her actions prove her love for him.

Sonalika tells Bua Maa that her snake plan was foolish and failed badly. Bua Maa asks why she did not tell her this earlier and blames Sonalika. She says she had done her part by sending Shivansh to Sonalika’s room. It was Sonalika’s responsibility to keep him there, but she fell asleep, allowing him to go to Prarthna’s room and fall into danger.

Sonalika tells Bua Maa to watch her tone. Tanya then tells them that Shivansh is up to something. They rush to find him and see Shivansh and Prarthna together in the temple area.

Shivansh asks Prarthna not to lie to him anymore. He has Kumkum in his hands and tells her that if she lies again, it will become their fate. He reminds her that he asked her to leave, but she risked her life to save him. He asks why she saved his life.

Bua Maa says that Prarthna did it for selfish reasons. Shivansh cannot believe that she would risk her life just for money. Sonalika says Prarthna will take the money and leave, claiming that she saved him so that he would give her the money.

Shivansh refuses to believe them. He says money cannot be more important than a person’s life. Sonalika asks him not to believe Prarthna’s words, but Shivansh says Prarthna has always protected him. She never asked him for money and did not even spend a single rupee. He says she is not in his life for money and that there must be another reason.

He asks Prarthna directly whether she loves him. Prarthna cries. Shivansh says he married Prarthna without her consent, but now that she knows him well, he wants to accept her as his wife willingly. In front of Bua Maa and Sonalika, he says he wants Prarthna in his life.

Shivansh says he wants to fill Kumkum in her hairline once again. He tells her that this is her Kumkum Bhagya and fills her hairline with Kumkum. Prarthna happily cries and hugs him. Bua Maa and Sonalika become furious.
