Vasudha On ZeeWorld Sunday 16th August 2026 Update, Vasudha tells Hanumant to make an excuse and refuse Devansh’s offer. Devansh overhears them. He tells Vasudha that he knows he is not like Chandrika, but he is Chandrika’s son, so Vasudha should respect his orders. He then takes her away. Meanwhile, Sarika asks the salesman to show her an expensive saree. Karishma says she will keep her company. She takes Sarika aside and says it seems Sarika told Chandrika that she had added Vasudha’s name to the finalists’ list.

Sarika asks why she would say that when they are from the same team. Karishma tells her not to act innocent. She says Sarika is getting all this free shopping because of her.
Sarika reminds Karishma that she is dreaming of becoming a Chauhan daughter-in-law, while she has been living as one for many years. She warns Karishma not to fly too high because a marriage can even be cancelled at the wedding mandap. Karishma says she always gets whatever she wants.
Sarika says she knows how to ruin her dreams and taunts her to go and try to impress Chandrika.
Meanwhile, Devansh asks the salesgirl to show Vasudha the lehengas and then goes inside.
Chandrika selects a lehenga for Karishma. She asks the salesgirl if there is another piece in the same design. The salesgirl says it is a designer outfit and there is only one piece available. Chandrika says her daughter-in-law should always wear exclusive outfits.
Devansh comes there. Chandrika asks him to select outfits for Avinash and Prabhat. Sarika then asks Chandrika to come to the saree section. Chandrika tells the salesgirl to keep the lehenga safely because she has selected it. She then leaves for the saree section.
Vasudha learns that the lehengas in the shop are very expensive. She tells Devansh about the prices. Devansh tells her not to worry about the money because it is a gift from the Chauhan family.
Vasudha likes the lehenga Chandrika selected for Karishma. Devansh asks the salesgirl to pack it and buys it for Vasudha.
When Chandrika returns to the lehenga section, she learns that the lehenga she selected has already been sold. She scolds the salesgirl, and Karishma also gets angry with her. Sarika tells Chandrika that the lehenga was simply not in Karishma’s destiny.
Later, Hanumant gives Vasudha a necklace. He tells her that he has found a good man for her. Vasudha asks if he will forget her after she gets married. Hanumant says he will always miss her. He then sends her to take Chandrika’s blessings.
Savitri takes Vasudha to the temple. She tells Chandrika that Vasudha has come to take her blessings. Chandrika blesses Vasudha without noticing her lehenga. Vasudha then leaves.
After some time, Savitri tells Vasudha that she looks beautiful. Vasudha asks who will take care of her family after she gets married. Savitri promises to do her best.
Hanumant then announces that Raj has arrived. Ajay and his parents enter the house, and Hanumant welcomes them. Gulki barges in, so Hanumant asks her not to interrupt.
Ajay’s mother asks Hanumant to call Vasudha. Gulki thinks Ajay does not match Vasudha’s level. Hanumant goes inside and notices that Vasudha is not wearing her bangles. He realizes that he forgot them in the car.
Meanwhile, Devansh gets into the car and notices a box of bangles. He realizes that Hanumant left them there. He takes the box and gets out of the car to give it to Vasudha.
Hanumant tells Vasudha that she looks good even without bangles and takes her outside. Vasudha takes Ajay’s parents’ blessings. Ajay’s mother says Vasudha is even more beautiful in real life.
Gulki thinks Ajay is not good-looking at all. Savitri, however, tells Vasudha that Ajay is very handsome. Ajay’s parents praise the snacks, and Hanumant tells them that Vasudha made them.
Ajay’s father says Ajay is lucky to get Vasudha. He asks Ajay to stand beside her and says yes to the marriage from his side. Hanumant also agrees.
Devansh arrives and gives the bangles box to Hanumant. Savitri takes Vasudha inside. Hanumant introduces Devansh to Ajay’s family and tells him that Vasudha’s marriage has been fixed with Ajay.
Devansh looks happy and congratulates Vasudha. Ajay’s father asks Ajay and Vasudha to talk privately. Devansh tells Vasudha to take Ajay to the garden.
In the garden, Ajay promises Vasudha that he will keep her happy. He tells her about his job and says they should move to Dubai after marriage.
Vasudha thinks about how she will have to leave her family, Chandrika and the country in just 15 days. She tells Ajay that her family is her responsibility. Ajay promises to send money to her father every month and asks her to think about it before making her decision.
They return inside, and Ajay says Vasudha is ready to go to Dubai with him. Hanumant gives sweets to everyone. Ajay says he wants to take Vasudha to the passport office the next day. Hanumant agrees, and Ajay and his parents leave.
Suddenly, Vasudha’s bangles break. Savitri wonders if it is an inauspicious sign and takes Vasudha inside.
Hanumant tells Devansh that he is happy that Vasudha’s marriage has been fixed. He calls Vasudha and hugs her. He then asks Devansh if he liked Ajay.
Devansh tells Hanumant to do a proper background check on Ajay. Hanumant agrees.
Later, Vasudha goes to the mansion kitchen. Savitri asks her if she is happy. Vasudha says that Hanumant is happy, so she is happy too.
Sarika comes there and recognizes Vasudha’s lehenga. She reveals that Chandrika had selected the same lehenga for Karishma. She asks how Hanumant managed to buy such an expensive lehenga.
Vasudha says it is not expensive. Sarika takes Vasudha to Chandrika and shows her the lehenga. Sarika accuses Hanumant of taking advantage of the situation.
Vasudha firmly tells Sarika that she will not listen to a single word against Hanumant. She tells Chandrika that Devansh bought the lehenga for her as a gift from the Chauhan family.
