Gayatri knows how deeply Kishan loves Prarthna and tries to comfort him. She tells him that Purvi fought the goons and saved both Raunak and Prarthna. Kishan believes Purvi must be a mother herself, and that is why she felt such a strong connection with Prarthna. He breaks down in tears.

Elsewhere, Baa questions Kinjal for hiding the truth. She says Harsh and Payal could have ended up getting married by mistake. Kinjal admits she was scared and couldn’t tell anyone. Mayank then tells the family how Raunak bravely fought Bhavesh. Baa becomes worried about Raunak, but Mayank assures everyone that Raunak truly loves Prarthna and will be fine. Harsh also agrees that Raunak is deeply in love with her.
At the hospital, Raunak asks a nurse to help him conduct a DNA test. After she explains the formalities, he tells her about Purvi and Prarthna and says he wants to reunite a mother and daughter. The nurse agrees to help.
Meanwhile, Purvi meets the inspector and asks if she is alright. The inspector says she is fine and is happy that Purvi did not run away after everything that happened. Purvi replies that she has done nothing wrong. The inspector then asks about Purvi’s daughter and wonders why Purvi feels such a strong connection with Prarthna. Purvi opens up about her missing daughter, Pragya. The inspector is moved by her heartbreaking story and promises to help her find her child.
Raunak later apologizes to Kishan for everything. Instead of blaming him, Kishan thanks him for saving Prarthna from Bhavesh. Raunak says he did not do anyone a favour because somewhere along the way, Prarthna became his whole life. Gayatri gets emotional after hearing his words.
Raunak waits outside Prarthna’s room while Kishan follows Gayatri. At the same time, Bhavesh and his friends head towards the hospital with plans to kill Prarthna. His friends suggest different ways to carry out the murder, but Bhavesh refuses. He says the hospital has CCTV cameras everywhere, and he does not want to risk getting caught. He orders them to turn the car around and go home.
The nurse soon returns with the DNA test results and hands them to Raunak. He opens the report and is shocked to discover that Purvi is indeed Prarthna’s biological mother.
At the same time, Payal calls Bhavesh to ask if Prarthna is dead. Bhavesh refuses to go through with the murder, saying he is not willing to go to jail for anyone. Furious, Payal calls him useless and says he has wasted her time. She decides to find someone else to kill Prarthna.
Bhavesh’s friends convince him not to lose such a big opportunity. They remind him about the money waiting for him if he finishes the job. Finally, Bhavesh changes his mind. He decides to disguise himself before going to the hospital. He calls Payal back and promises to kill Prarthna. He tells her to keep the money ready, making Payal happy.
The nurse informs Raunak that Prarthna has regained consciousness. He rushes to her room and later takes her along with him. While he steps away to get her some water, Prarthna notices the hospital staff preparing to welcome a special guest.
The hospital’s Managing Director tells everyone to welcome their future trustee and VIP guest. Curious, Prarthna asks the nurse who is coming. The nurse smiles and says their angel is arriving.
Soon, Karan Luthra arrives at the hospital to inaugurate a new wing. He tells everyone he is there for a personal reason as well. Before anyone can accompany him, a doctor is called away for an emergency brain surgery. Karan tells the staff he would rather look around the hospital by himself and will call them if he needs anything.
While waiting for Raunak, Prarthna accidentally bumps into Karan. He apologizes and helps her gather the papers she dropped. As she suddenly feels dizzy, Karan notices the DNA reports. He asks if anyone is with her. Prarthna says her friend Raunak is there.
Karan sits beside her and gently advises her to share her feelings instead of hiding them. He asks about her story. Prarthna admits she is searching for her mother. Karan asks if she has lost her mother and blesses her. She then asks who he is looking for. Remembering Preeta, Karan says he is searching for the love of his life.
Nearby, the nurses mention a coma patient named Prerna. Karan quietly says he is actually searching for Preeta. The nurses suddenly notice signs of movement from Preeta and call it a miracle. Karan shares his painful story of losing her and says he still hopes to find her one day.
As Preeta is shifted towards the operating room, Prarthna encourages Karan and says she believes he will find Preeta there. Karan also feels hopeful. Although he misses seeing her, Preeta’s hand briefly touches his. Karan senses her presence and immediately follows the stretcher with renewed hope.
Meanwhile, Raunak returns to Prarthna. She asks about the good news he promised would change her life forever. Raunak asks her to come with him.
He takes Prarthna to Purvi. The moment they see each other, Purvi hugs Prarthna tightly and breaks down in tears. Both of them ask about each other’s well-being.
Raunak tells them that even without knowing the truth, they had already accepted each other as mother and daughter. He explains that Purvi has spent years searching for her missing daughter, while Prarthna has always longed for her real mother.
He finally reveals the truth. Purvi Malhotra is Prarthna’s biological mother.
Raunak shows them the DNA reports and admits he secretly arranged the test without asking for their permission because he wanted to reunite them. Purvi and Prarthna are left speechless before embracing each other again with tears of happiness.

Just then, the Zaveri family arrives at the hospital looking for Raunak. Gayatri sees them and quickly goes to inform him. Smita rushes to Raunak after seeing the bandages on his body and tearfully asks if he is alright. Raunak assures her that he is fine.
Smita immediately blames Prarthna for everything that happened. Raunak defends Prarthna, but Smita refuses to listen. Prarthna apologizes, yet Smita harshly rebukes her. She reminds everyone that Seema publicly disowned Prarthna, called her a curse, and abandoned her. Smita also calls Prarthna unlucky, leaving her in tears.
Just then, Purvi walks in.
